Gaurav believes every customer relationship should be as easy as chatting with a friend – simple, trustful & delightful. His vision for Zingly started with a single mission – to empower companies to build relationships bigger than business.

Gaurav enjoys a good challenge. His creativity and drive peaks when all roads seem lost, and on the way to the summit brings the best out of all around him.

Gaurav loves to golf – where his daughters often beat him! At home you can find him cheffin’ it up in the kitchen, bringing a smile to the faces of his friends and family.

John sees business the same way he sees life. It’s about the “why” and not the “how”. Listen deeply for the root of the problem. See the end goal objectively. Don’t get lost in rabbit holes that stop you from intentionally living your best life (or delivering your best product). Our best life is defined by the relationships we nurture and the interactions we have. This is the “why”!

John brings to Zingly extensive industry experience and an ever-present sense of humor… all to help Zingly deliver the “why”.

John’s best life is enjoying his family at home as well as his new Zingly family on this amaZINGLY exciting journey.

Piotrek values people above all else and finds the most joy in bringing them together across cultures, professions and perspectives. He made it all possible through Zingly.

His dream is to build a relationship platform that gives customers a real voice and brands a human touch. His passion for beauty and function is what gives Zingly its friendly design language.

Piotrek is crazy about his family of five, getting lost in the outdoors, coaching sports, and designing board games!

Jafar believes AI will be able to improve human lives in multiple dimensions and directions. He looks at Zingly as an intelligent, powerful, and limitless platform. He sees Zingly’s technology to be the base of several AI applications playing a unique role in consumers’ lives.

Jafar loves data-focused approaches in every corner of life from finding a coffee shop, to understanding people’s behavior, and improving their interactions. He even plays competitive soccer (both actual and robots!).

Brian’s favorite experiences are when people come together to achieve something bigger than the moment. This has led to amazing business results for his customers, partners, and products – and it led directly to Zingly.

Brian brings to Zingly a track record of building vibrant relationships that make a lasting impact on customer and partner success. His approach to work and life is forged by 1 eventful year at West Point, 20+ years of parenthood and product management, and 30+ years of rugby all over the world (not to mention countless summers on the Iowa farm).

Swathi believes that Zingly is an infinite-space-time continuum to build meaningful and collaborative relationships. She is a startup soul who balances pragmatism and perfectionism when prototyping and engineering with the Z-Team, always keeping security and privacy in mind. She also aims to use data to make the Zingly platform more human and intelligent.

Swathi dreams of a happy-go-green planet and is constantly engineering her daily life to do her bit.

Ask her about plant-based living, biking, yoga, art, trading strategies, and maybe some puns!

Danny believes success comes from uplifting those around him. As a former teacher, he enjoys inspiring others to thrive while cultivating relationships across disparate communities.

He brings this passion and philosophy to Zingly in helping craft a product focused on building relationships bigger than business. Danny loves to excite his team about new product ideas. He is laser-focused on delivering excellent customer service through relationship building in the digital world.

When he is not engrossed in hashing out product requirements and bribing engineers to squeeze in one more feature before end of the sprint, you’ll find him at indoor and beach volleyball tournaments cheering on his daughters, going on long runs, or volunteering for his church.

Drew tries his best to be a kind human being and believes that if we all leave our ego at the door, we can help each other be our best selves.

As a designer, he enjoys making things beautiful and intuitive, and was thrilled to get a chance to start a design system from scratch. He's intent on being part of small teams that produce big results - Zingly is a natural fit!

Outside of the office, Drew loves spending time with his family, decorating, and being outdoors playing sports. His lacrosse days are mostly over, but these days you can find him playing basketball and biking.

Travis believes that Zingly can make the world a better place by creating technology that brings brands and customers together. Travis came to Zingly to craft elegant, modern user interfaces and tackle complex problems with an inspiring team. He has worked in all areas of software development at both startups and corporations. From video games to contact centers, Travis wants people to love the software he creates.

Travis is the only Zingly team member with a Star Wars character named after him... so far! You will find him at home surrounded by too many cats.

Phong is inspired by Zingly’s call to challenge the status quo. He fundamentally believes the industry is ripe for disruption. Phong is working to build customer experience for future generations. 

He loves Zingly’s fast-paced and friendly environment. He has experience working across small startups and big public companies that span from system-of-record to system-of-action. 

Phong is innately a problem solver. Over the weekends, you can always find him taking on a new home project and spending time with family.

Erdal aspires to make Zingly a rock-solid product. The talent and willingness of the Zingly team are his biggest sources of motivation. 

Erdal has worked in CRM, fintech, and blockchain industries as a developer and architect. His desire to solve challenging problems is electrifying.

Outside of work you can find Erdal diving, windsurfing, and paragliding. Erdal’s fearless nature is clearly present in multiple aspects of his life!

Heath is a design engineer (who started out designing experiences like he builds today). He has a passion for delivering innovative solutions that make at least a small difference in people's lives. With a focus on user-centered design, he strives to create products that make a real impact, and is excited to contribute to the meaningful work of the Zingly team.

In his free time, he spends quite a bit of time playing with new technologies and digital solutions in and out of his current wheelhouse. He loves spending time away from his computer at the beach or exploring California with his wife and kids.
